The Will Rogers Memorial Rodeo and its associates are not responsible for reporting any taxable income generated during this event. All vendors are responsible for reporting their own income to the Tax Commission and must provide the committee with a copy of their resale tax permit.

If your vendor registration is approved please email a copy of your tax permit to willrogersmemorialrodeo487@gmail.com.

Important Vendor Rules

Laser lights are not permitted for sale on American Legion Arena grounds.

Food vendors must receive pre-approval for items intended for resale. Please call to discuss food items before submitting your application.

Vendor passes will be issued during check-in with a committee member.
No pass = No entry.
